People often use the term natural born leader. However, we now need to understand that neither leaders nor leadership theory are borne in a
vacuum. We will analyze these variables for impacts on leadership theory.
For this presentation, leadership theory is seen through the cultural framework Equity loan the times because leaders make decisions within this constraint. First, Culture in this context is limited to those specific economic, social, and political influences that impact leadership decisions. The technological influence is taken in consideration under the economic variable.
