Hypermiling is the latest buzz word in the fight to save gas and increase fuel mileage. But are the techniques safe... and do they work?

Hypermiling is basically changing the way you drive to increase gas mileage. Things like cutting off your engine to coast, over inflating your tires, avoid stop and go traffic, Trishaz routes without hills, etc.
